Donors who have visited the following regions of Russia between 01 May and 30 November must have the WNV Donor Selection Guideline applied:
Altayskiy Kray, Adygeya republic, Lipetskaya, Novosibirskaya, Voronezhskaya, Volgogradskaya, Rostovskaya, Astrakhanskaya, Belgorodskaya, Samarskaya, Saratovskaya, Chelyabinskya oblasts and the Tatarstan Republic.
These oblasts are also known as the regions of Altai, Astrakhan, Rostov, Volgograd, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Voronezhthese, Belgorod, Samara, Saratov, and Chelyabinsk and which are in the south west of the Russian Federation just north of the Black and Caspian seas.
